ARTICLE 13
OPERATION OF CONNRRCIAL VEHICLES UPON CERTAIN SPR=5
Sec. 1 TM operation of commercial vehicles having a doubt vehicle weight
greater than 20,000 pounds thereinafter referred to ac "mnaaercial
vehicles") is hereby prohibited on those streets or parts of streets
designated as Residential 1 and Residential 2 Streets on a nap entitled
"Street Classifications", dated October 27, 1975 and amendments thereto,
on file with the City clerk.
Sec. 2Exemptions
a. Section 1 shall rot apply to commercial vehicles operatlrg'upon any
such designated streets here necessary to the conduct of busirass
at an origination or destination point onsuch street heshall it
apply to wamercial vehicles going to or coming from places upon
such street or adjoining streets or wags to which access banner be
otherwise gained.
b. Section 1 shall net apply to the operation of emergency vehicles nor
to the operation of cortmcrcial vehicles owned by the City of beaver
r by public utilities having work to do on such designated streets
or on adjoining streets or ways tc which access [sent be otherwise
gained.
Sec. 3 Signs
Signs in such form and of such design as the City bringer shall determira,

sec. 4 Penalties
Any person, fizz partnership, Association, corporation, company or
organization directing the driverofa rnmercial vehicle to travel
upon a Residential 1 or a Residential 1 Street, except as exempted
shove, shall upon conviction of so doing, be fired ,rot less than
$35, nor mre than $100 for the first violation, hot less than $50
her re than $100 for as second violation; and not less than $75
nor more than $100 for the third and every subsequent violation.
Any driver of a conmercial vehicle operating upon a Residential 1 0

SUBJECT: Amending Chapter VI, Article 13
Section I of Chapter VI, Article 13, Operation of Comps eicfal Vehicle,
upon certain streets,should' be amended to read a, follows:
Sec. 1. The operation of c ial vehicles. having a gross
