Sec. 2Exemptions a. Section 1 shall rot apply to commercial vehicles operatlrg'upon any such designated streets here necessary to the conduct of busirass at an origination or destination point onsuch street heshall it apply to wamercial vehicles going to or coming from places upon such street or adjoining streets or wags to which access banner be otherwise gained. b. Section 1 shall net apply to the operation of emergency vehicles nor to the operation of cortmcrcial vehicles owned by the City of beaver r by public utilities having work to do on such designated streets or on adjoining streets or ways tc which access [sent be otherwise gained. Any driver of a conmercial vehicle operating upon a Residential 1 0 Residential ] Street, except as exempted above, shall be fined hot less than $25, her axis than $100 for Wa first violation; ret less than $50, me re than $100 for "a second violation; and not leas than $75, has more than $100 for the third and every subsequent violation.
