emended as follows: `
By charging from Residential 1 Sone (H I) to Civic and Institutional
Sone (CM), land at the east side of Cbie Street. Said parcel being
re particularly desceibed as lot #12 on Sheet #R-14 of th¢ Assessors
Hap of the City of Bangor, and as specifically shown on the map attached
hereto and made part hereof.

Island" be advised that the Plamini; Hoard held a Public Hearing
October 20, 1975 an the above request.
The Board gave carafal consideration to the request to rezone
to Civic and Institutional zone for the construction of a church.
Tae Hoard considered the existing use, the zoning of the area, and
the effect each use mould have. They also took into consideration
the size mnd9upe of the Parcel involved.
After reviewing the proposals "a Board voted unanimously to
recommend approval of the change.
