Councilman ,: i CITY OF BANGOR, MAINE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT September 18, 1975 To the mnicipal Officers: Pursuant to City Council Order No. 312 AC passed August 11, 1975, directing the City Engineer to prepare plans and cost estimates for the extension of sewer service on Grandview Avenue, the following Report is submitted: The proposed sewer would consist of 570 feet of 8 inch asbestos -cement pipe and two manholes, extending in a north- easterly direction on Grandview Avenue from the Arctic Brook Trunk Sewer toward Essex Street. The total estimated Cost of the sewer installation is $12,500.00. The city's share would be 50%, and the remaining $6,250.00 would be assessed proportionately against the properties benefited, as follows: Owner Frontage Estimated Assessments South side Paul M.
