TUT the attached Report of the City Engineer relative to
the extension of s service for a distance of 570 feet on
Grandview Avenue owthe Arctic Brook Sewer toward Bases Street
be and hereby is acoppted; be it further
ORDERED.
That said sewer construction begin immediately, with necessary
funds totalling $13,000.00 to be transferred from the Reserve fox
Sewer ConstructionFund.

To the mnicipal Officers:
Pursuant to City Council Order No. 312 AC passed August 11,
1975, directing the City Engineer to prepare plans and cost
estimates for the extension of sewer service on Grandview
Avenue, the following Report is submitted:
The proposed sewer would consist of 570 feet of 8 inch
asbestos -cement pipe and two manholes, extending in a north-
easterly direction on Grandview Avenue from the Arctic Brook
Trunk Sewer toward Essex Street. The total estimated Cost
of the sewer installation is $12,500.00. The city's share
would be 50%, and the remaining $6,250.00 would be assessed
proportionately against the properties benefited, as follows:

All of the property owners involved indicated that they
were in favor of the project. It is recommended that the
necessary funds be provided to construct the sewer as
soon
as possible, and that the assessments be levied upon completion.
