ORDERED,
TEAT the Bangor City Council, municipal officers of the City of Hunger,
do hereby accept all bequests, gifts and other sums left to the City of
Bagger by virtue of the Will and Cedicil,upbn the conditions contained
therein, of 3eryle E. Libby, late of Banger, said Will and Codicil having
been approved and allowed on September 9, 1975 at the Penobscot County
Probate Courts and be it further

THAT the City Solicitor fa hereby authorized and directed to take
all necessary action to provide for payment to the City of Ranges of all
such bequests, gifts or other scow provided In said Will and Codicil.
