In addition to all other procedures and requirement$ provided by law or as may, be established by the Finance Director or his duly authorized Deputy, all initial bills for taxes, beginning with the year 1976, shall include a breakdown of the percentages of the annual budget of the City allocated to the. following: Police Department, Fire Department, Parka 6 Recreation Department, Public Services Department, Debt Service, County Taxes and Education. Be It further ordained by the City Council of the City of Bangor THAT the existing subsection 4.2 shall remain in full farce and effect, but shall be redesignated as subsection 4.3. STATEPECT OF FAM: The purpose of this Ordinance, is to require the administration in the preparation of tax bilis, beginning with the year 1976, to provide a breakdown onsuch bills of appropriations . from the General Fund for the above indicated departments and other agencies.
