This Ordinance change will move the time frame for when nomination papers and petitions are available from no sooner than 90 days before the day of election to no sooner than 100 days before the day of the election. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR AS FOLLOWS, THAT Chapter 14 of the Code of the City of Bangor is amended as follows: § 14-9 Duties of City Clerk. It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to provide nomination papers and petitions to candidates who request the same no sooner than 99 100 days before the day of election.
