There appeared at the time and place set for hearing Mr.
James Lynch, Esq., attorney representing Mr. pate Smith Of
Land investments, Inc., who has a purchase sales agreement
n the Simpson property. In a previous telephone discussion
n Friday, July 25th, 1975 with Mr. Edward Keith, Esq.,
attorney representing Barbara Simpson, Mr. Keith indicated
that the question of damages and benefits would involve Mr.
Smith. although Mr. Lynch did net object to the proposed
drainage and sanitary sewer line easements, he had pre-
viously objected to the project because of the location
of the proposed roads attendant to the project. He indi-
cated that his client would not oppose the project provided
that adjacent property linea could be altered to better
accommodate the development of his property, and that if
such changes could be made, he would dedicate the necessary
rights-of-way and easements at n cost, provided that no
future assessments would be levied for the proposed road
and sewer construction.
it is recommended that the drainage and sanitary sewer
easements be laid out and established as shown on said Plan,
and that the recommended damages be paid to KMJ..rr, and
that the recommended damages be Paid toH3gobs lents,
s
Inc. if the easements are not dedicated tt rtaen
days after the acceptance of this report by the City Council.
Respectfully submitted,
Sohn T.
