granted upon condition that the poles be numbered.
Note: Following are the public streets aid highways referred to
LOCATION: Beginning at an existing underground duct System Owned by Bangor
Hydro -Electric Caipany,, located On the northwesterly corner Of Exchange and
Washington (8X26); thence proceeding westerly along Washington Street approxi-
mately 550 feet acs the Washington Street Bridge; thence diagonally across
Washington Streettosoutheasterly c of Washington and Broad Streets
to a existing underground ductline owned by Bangor Wdra-Electric Company.
A manhole coast will be installed over the Opening of abutment Me. 2 located
n the westerly side of the Washington Street Bridge for the purpose of
pulling said cables hereinafter described.
DESCRIPTION: The facilities will consist of an underground ductline, wires
and/or cables, together with associated appurtenances and Switching equipment.
The m1nimum, depth to the top of the dwetline will be approximately 18 inches.

BANGOR HYDRO-MECTRIC COSPANY, a Heine corporation being duly authorized pursuant
to the State of nine to generate, sell, distribute Bud supply electricity in City of
Secant, County of Penobscot, State aforesaid, hereby applies for a permit to authorize it
to locate, cooetrvcb and maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon,
along, user and across certain public ways situate in the wnlc£pality bereinbefore
referred to, a copy of this application being filed with the Department of Transportation
and with the Clerk of City of Bangor, (an public notice of this application to be verde) fn
comminute with the terms and conditions of Title 35, Section 2482, MRSA as sneaked.
