on the above changes. The Hoard tabled action on both proposals,
however, to allow a better consideration of the effect of such
changes, and the possibility of comidering the overall Human area
as well on adjacent properties.

Gentlemen:
please be advised that the Planing Boera held a public
hearing on the above request an June 16, 1975.
The Board gave very careful consideration to the request
of the proposed use, to the effect such a would have on the
and to the potential lana use for the general area.
After such consideration, the planning Board voted
sanimousely to disapprove the request for change to Commercial 3,
indicating that such a change would be detrimental to the rest-
dential growth of a bread area, and conceivably could precipitate
continued commercial uoning.
