At that time very little bed been done since the last. inspection of Mev n, 1975. Below is the work that I feel most be completed before I can approve Order 200 AC: Article 5. Sec. 1.8.1 - 1:. Ross most be surfaced with tar or asphalt. 2. Road shoulders meet be cleaned and shaped. 3• Reads moat be properly ditched. 4... Lights most be installed on streets. On Plans 1. In natural screen area it should be Cleared of all underbrush and undesirable growth. 2. Plana call for refuse collection area to be installed. This has not been builti- 3• Road to refuse area should be built. 4• In the area that includes the 25 mobile homes: grades should he show on stakes so that it can be determined that proper grading has been }: maintained. 5. Plans call for buildings for the storage at trash cans, etc. These are not on site. 6. Screening of area does not conform to Plan. Chapter VIII. Art. 2, Sec. 5 The placement of three mobile homes on site without proper permits. On this inspection it was further noted that the sites a mobile home lots from X60 through #67 are not yet prepared for the placing of mobile Mmes. P.S.
