REASONS FOR REQUEST The reason for this zone change is to ameliorate the effect of subsection 5 Won lots approved prier to October 4, 1974 in subdivlaione located in agricultural zones. A case in point is the approved plan for the Bunker lane Subdivision off Ohio Street where some lots have widths leas than the 300 feet required in an agricultural cone. They do however eomply with the li acre requirement.
