ORDERED, THAT the list of tax assessment upon the estates in Bangor for all City taxes, the Bangor Recreation Center, together with all assessments and chargee Made under the provisions of the Maine Revised Statutes Annotated, Title 30, Sec. 4451 to 4456 inclusive, and the City's due proportion of any State and County tax for the current 1975, shall be committed by the Assessors to the Finance Director on or before the eighteenth day of July A.D., 1975, and said taxes shall be due and payable an the fifteenth day of August, A.D., 1975. Interest at the rate of twelve percent per annumn shall be collected an all taxes not voluntarily paid to the Finance Director on or before September 11, A.D., 1975, and said interest shall be added to and became part of said taxes.
