E1 asements Broadway Lateral Sewer Construction Bytes City Cou l of as cul ofBaxyor:. OEDEEED, THAT whereas the. City of Bangor will soon be undertaking construction of the Broadway Lateral Sanitary Sewer extending from Kenduekeag Stream to Broadway, and Whereas, it is necessary to acquire easements across certain land owned by Dorothea H. Grant located between Kenduakeag Avenue and Broadway to permit the installation and future maintenance of portions of said sewer, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED, that the City Engineer, acting for and o behalf of the Municipal Officers according to law, be and hereby is directed to lay out and acquire easements for the installation and future maintenance of said sewer i the locationsshown on plans prepared by the City of Bangor Engineering Department entitled -Broadway Lateral Sanitary Sewer", Plan No. S-715, Sheets 1 through 13 of 13, dated May 1, 1975, said Plan is on file in the office of the city Engineer; said easement locations involve the crossing of a portion of said Grant property lying east of Kenduekeag Avenue and north of land owned by David W. and Madeline Potter as described in Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Vol. 1738, Page 237, and the crossing ing of another portion of said Grant property lying between the easterly line of said Potter property and the westerly sight -of -way line of Broadway, and be it further ORDERED, that the City Engineer proceed to give written notice of such intention of said municipal Officers by posting 'Notices for 7 days in two public places and in the vicinity _) ^dfithe proposed sewer installation, and the City Engineer is ;-further �•- Yr xx czzv comcxx 1975. zee u RECEIVED July ea,; O R D E R Iv5 AL 10 ?M 3: 31 xaseea. - - _39 �' - CLERH S OFFICE "'ckxx cse xiue, .CITY rJTY OF !IYSGR MFNp: 3ectingCity Rrgl �to Rcqui e - c . iasemants _ a ay uteral.s C tIN tion.
