Said parcel being more particularly described as part of lot M on Sheets #33 aM 41 of the Assessors Map of the City of Bergen, and as specifically shown on the attached map hereto and made part hereof. Board held a public hearing on the above request January 5, 1976. The Planning Hoard gave careful consideration to the request to change a 10.7 acre parcel at the intersection of Broadway and Strickland Road to a Commercial 2 Zone. Me Board coreidered the effect such a change would have on the sitential growth of the area, the needs of the orea, and the forture lend use plans for that major growth area. 11iey also consideree the comments of these opposed to the change.
