Reference is made t0 City Council Order NO. 254 AB passed
August 12, 1974 which authorized the extension of the aanitary

The sewer extension starts at the previous terminus of the
sewer approximately 150 feet beyond Westland Street, and extends
northerly direction along Ohio Street for a distance of
2,1000 feet. The sewer consists of 8" asbestos cement pipe
and 7 manholes. Approximately 270 cubic yards of ledge was
encountered, which required removal to permit the installation
of the sewer. -
The total coat of the sewer installation was $39,220.13,
of which the city would pay 50%, or $19,610.07. The properties
which would benefit by the sewer installation would be assessed
on a pro -rated front foot amount computed at 50% of the total
cost if they are willing to pay uponreceipt of a bill from the
City, or at the rate of 75% if they wish to have the aaents
deferred until such time as Sewer entry is requested. All sof
the property Owners have been requested to indicate whether they
were in favor of a 75% deferred aaent o a 50% assessment
