The work has been completed, and the following report is submitted: The sewer extension starts at the previous terminus of the sewer approximately 150 feet beyond Westland Street, and extends northerly direction along Ohio Street for a distance of 2,1000 feet. The sewer consists of 8" asbestos cement pipe and 7 manholes. Approximately 270 cubic yards of ledge was encountered, which required removal to permit the installation of the sewer. - The total coat of the sewer installation was $39,220.13, of which the city would pay 50%, or $19,610.07. The properties which would benefit by the sewer installation would be assessed on a pro -rated front foot amount computed at 50% of the total cost if they are willing to pay uponreceipt of a bill from the City, or at the rate of 75% if they wish to have the aaents deferred until such time as Sewer entry is requested. All sof the property Owners have been requested to indicate whether they were in favor of a 75% deferred aaent o a 50% assessment to be levied, and the results are as follows 50% Levied 75% Deferred Owner 6- Frontage Assessment Assessment Frederick N.
