Street, from Residential 4 Zone to the Civic and Institutional Zone. Said parcel indicated on Assessors Map, Number 54, Parcel 2298 and more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a Part hereof. Planning Beard DATE: August 4, 1976 SUBJECT: Amending 'ening Ordinance 489 State Street Council Order 34AD Please be advised that the Planning Ward held a Public Hearing o the above request August 2, 1p6. The Hoard gave very careful consideration to the request for a zone change and to the proposed use and also considered the comments of those opposed to the change. The Ward considered the many Problems related to the Hospital ex - pension, its parking needs and alternatives, the existing zoning and land use n the love, the potential roadway extension and its effect es well as general community Planning.
