TEAT the attached Report of the City Engineer relative
to the laying out and establishment of Easements for the
installation and future maintenance of the so-called Airport
Collector Sewer, extending from the Kenduakeag Stream
Interceptor Sewer in a southwesterly direction to the Airport
be and hereby is accepted, and be it further

The full right and privilege, from time to time, t0 excavate
for, Say, construct, operate, inspect, maintain, repair, renew,
substitute and change a sanitary sewer line on, in, over, and
through certain lands as hereinafter described, in the location
shown on Plans prepared by the City of Bangor Engineering Depart-
ment entitled "Airport Collector Sanitary Sewer'$ Plan No. S-730,
Sheets 1 through 10 of 10, dated March 9, 1976, said Plan being
on file in the office of the City Engineer, Bangor, Maine, and
e copy to be recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Said
Easement rights shall include a 20 foot wide perpetual easement
for the above purposes, measured 10 feet to either side of the.
centerline of the pipe as shown on said Plans, and will include
a 50 foot wide temporary:; ea'semeni-d4ring the period of initial
construction of the sewer,

said pipe location. Asa condition of said Easements, the City
would be responsible for restoring the ground to its present
condition after the construction of said sewer line, to bury
said sewer line so that it will not unreasonably interfere with
the present`use of said lands, and to permit the Grantors to
connect to said sewer line with private sewer lines in one or
more locations, with no assessment to be levied for saidcon-
nection.
The Easements shall apply to the following properties in the
locations shown on the above described Plana:

westerly direction from an existing manhole at Station 0 + 00
to the southwesterly property line of said land at Station

from Station 7 + 03 to the northeasterly right-of-way line of
Ohio Street at Station )B + 52.

Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 746, Page 160, Volume 111],
age 37 , Volume 1236, Page 212, Volume 1002. Page 30. and Volume
2354, Page 287,
A 16 inch sanitary sewer line and 5 manholes extending in
a southwesterly direction from the southwesterly right-of-way
line of Ohio Street at Station 9 + 29 to the southwesterly line
of said property at Statior"C22 + 661 also an 8 inch saditary
sewer line and 1 manhole extending in a northwesterly direction
from Station 16 + 72.14 to the southeasterly right-of-way line
of Griffin Road at Station 3 + 97.

A 16 inch sewer line extending from the norhteasterly
line of said property at Station,22 + 66 for a distance of
6 feet to an existing manholei glso, a 16 inch sanitary sewer
and 1 manhole extending in a southeasterly direction from an
existing manhole located 7 feet northeast from the northeasterly
right-of-way line of Union Street at Station 0 + 00 to the
northeasterly line of said Union Street at Station 1 + 25.
No person or persons appeared at the time and place .set
for the meeting. It is recommended that, in exchange for the
above described sewer Easements, that the property owners
volved be allowed to connect into the sewer at one o more
locations at such time asthey so desire, and that no damages
be paid for the establishment of said Easements in exchange
for said sewer entry. It is recommended that the Easements
be established as described above and as shown on the above
described Plana.
