ORDERED: TEAT the welfare Guidelines for the City of Bangor be mended as follows: (1) Thar the General Assistance Policy, Page 2, 3rd Paragraph, be amended by adding the following sentence after the first two sentences: Eligibility for grant of assistance will be redetermined in accordance with Section (8) of these Guidelines. (2) Shat the General. Assistance Policy, Page 2, 4th Paragraph be amended by deleting the last sentence. (3)That the following existing definition. for the term 'resident" be deleted and replaced with the following: Resident. A person who is voluntarily living in the City Bea ong r with present intention of maintaining his or her home within the c unity on a permanent basis, and not for temporary purposes. (4) That Section 0 and Subsection 4, Page 10, be amended by deleting the first sentence add replacing it with the following: Tangible Assets: Nc person owning tangible assets other than toots of trade or ordinary household goods which are easily converted into cash including, but not limited to, color televisions, recreational vehicles, motor cycles, boats, motors, or motor vehicles within the limitations provided in Subsection A, below shall be eligible for a Grant of Assistance.
