Located at 1481 Ohio Street Bangor, Mavne — Dangerous Building BY the cum Cawvw4 of wmy o%Bauyor., ORDERED, TEAT the building or structure, located at 1y81 Ohio Street, Bangor Maine, on a lot described in a Purchase and Sales Agreement, dated Apr11 21, 1971, between Nathan Smith and Lindon R. and Myrtle S. Lee, recorded in Volume 2324, Page 263, Penobscot Registry of Deeds, is hereby adjudged to be a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17, MAIN& REVISED STATUTES of 1964, Sections 2851 through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as follows: (1) Said building or structure shall be demolished by the owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this Order, said demolition to be In conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor. (2) In the event maid building or structure is not demolished within thirty (30) days as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall. cause said building or structure to be demolished as soon as possible, all expenses incurred thereof to be paid by the owner(m) or accessed against the Property in accordance with 17 MRSA Section 2853. '(3) The owner(s) of said building or structure shell remove all personal property located therein, and in the event that the owner(s).fail to comply with this order, the City Code Enforcement officer shall remove and dispose of said personal property.
