Please be advised that the Planning Board held a public Hearing on -
bey 3, 1976 on the above request.
Me Planning Board gave careful consideration to the request for a
change of zoning, to the effect such change would have on the area and
to the limitations of the Park and Open Space Zoning.
After consideration of the request, the Board voted (4-1) to approve
the change of z hies to Residential 1, except for 75 feet of the streen
frontage as indicated on the attached map which should amend the original
order by substitution.
