THAT Chapter VIII, Article 21, Section 9, Supplementary Populations be
mended bythe addition of a new Subsection (7( as follows:
(7) Residential Non -conforming Structures: Where requirements on existing

Please be advised that the Planning Board held a Public hearing o
April 20, 1976 on the above change.
Me Board considered the proposed addition and the Purpose - that
of expiditing the building permit process for older homes under the
conditions as defined. In working out the terminology with the Code
Enforcement Officer, a number of warding changes here suggested for
clarification.
The Board reviewed the changes and approved unanimously the sub-
stitution of the revised text and approval of Council Order 192AD as
amended.
Me only significant change being that of elimination of the words
"do not alter the exterior of the hoildingo in (7)(a) line one.
