Beginning at a utility pole numbered 12 nos located on the westerly side
of the Odlin Roal; thence proceeding northeasterly, one (1) pole to be
located on the sedtheasterly side over a distance of approximately 165 feet.

TO: PNNICIPAL OFFICERS CITY OF BANGOR
BANGOR HYDROELECTRIC CONPANY, a Heine corporation being. duty authorised Pursuant to
the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply electricity in City of
Bangor , county of Penobscot , State aforesaid, hereby applies for
a permit to authorize it to locate, 'construct and maintaincertain of its facilities
bereinafter described upon, along, o and a< certain public ways situate in the

in accordance with the terms and conditions of Title 35, Section 2482, MRSA as mended.
LOCATION: Beginning at a utility pole numbered 12 now located on the
westerly side of the Odlin,Road} thence proceeding north-
easterly, one (1) pole to be located on the southeasterly
aide over a distance of approximately 165 feet.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will consist of a line composed of woad poles add supports therefor,
wires and/or cables together with associated appurtenances. Me minimum
clearance of the wires and/or cables, other than guy wires, will be at least eighteen
feet over the public way. The poles will be set within the limits of the public way, but
outside the part thereof customarily used for travel by vehicles The initial operation
of the facilities will be at 7200/1M70 volts, three phase: the voltage wf11
be increased as occasion therefor requires for operationnotin excess of 20" to ground.

Upon the application of ESCEM ffiNEO-ELECTRIC CQ@ANy dated April 5 ,.1976,
requesting permission to. locate certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon, along,
over and across certain public ways. in City of Bangor , County of Penobscot
State of Maine, all as set forth in its application, no
newspaper publication having been
made by applicant in connection with said application.Permission is hereby givento said
Bangor Hydro -Electric Company tolocate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities
hereinafter described upon, along, o and ac certain public ways at taste in said
municipality as hereinafter sec forth. This permit is granted subject to the provisions
that any person, firm or corporation owning property within the subject municipality which
abuts the applicable way may file objections with the Municipal Officers - City of BWUNOT ,
Maine, within ninety (9o).days after the installation of the facilities described in said
application, said written objection to state the cause of objection and to be served upon
said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company in hand or by registered or certified mail.
