Ti the building or structure, to wit: 2 story e11'bc rear, located at
225 Spin Street, primers Winds on a let conveyed to Harriett F. Curtis and
Elizabeth M. Trims and described in Volume 2530, Page 38 in the Penobscot Reg—
istry of Deeds is hereby adjusted to be a nuisance and dargeress., as provided
in Title 17, MAIM REVISED STATUTES of 1964, Sections 28¢ through 2653, as
amended, and shall be disposed of as follows:

pf passage of this Order, said demolition to be
in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the
City of Danger.
(2) In the evert said building or structure it not
demolished within tlrirty (30) days as provided
abovei the City Code Enforcement Officer shall
cause structure building or structe to be demolished
as soon as possible, all expenses incurred thereof
to be paid by the owner(s) or assessed against the
property in accordance with 17 6WSA Section 2853.
-(3) The owner(s) of said building or structure shall
remove all personal property located therein, and
in the event that the owner(s) failto con4ay with
this order, the City Code Entbrcement officer shall
reemve and dispose of said personal property.
