Requited. All female dogs shall be ns sideted capable of producing young unless a certificate issued by the Commissioner of Agriculture and signed by a licensed veterinarian,r prey e s lie loid is presented from licensed vetr rinarianStating that such female vas made incapable of bearing young by Spaying by him. When such certificate companies the application, a fee of 4arQQ $1.50 shall then be paid on Such spayed females. And be it further ordained that Chapter vxl. Article 11, sec. 9 of the ordinances of the City of aangor be amended as follows: sec. 6 Impoundment Fees. Any animal impounded hereunder may be reclaimed during City Mall business hours.
