The Planning Board considered the proposed change, the effect of such a change as well as the appropriateness of such addition and process. Although noting:. however, there should be a general review of uses per- mitted in the Commercial 1 zone. After consideration, the Planning Hoard voted 3-2 to recommend against the proposed change.
