STATEMENT OF FACT: The purpose of this amendment is to permit the provisions of Article 1, Subsection 1.10, Chapter III of the Ordinances of the City of Conger to conform with provisions of 4 M.R.S.A. §1051 which designates the legal definition of holidays. THAT Article a of Chapter ITT of the Ordinances of the City Of Bangor be amended by deleting the provisions of Subsection 1.10 and replacing them with the following: 1.10 Holidays.
