The planning Hoard gave careful consideration to the request, to the proposed use of the, Property, and to the effect such a change could have an the area. After careful consideration of the Proposal, its effect on the residential area, and possible alternatives, the Planning Heard voted to recommend against the request to change from Commercial 1 Zone and Residential 4 Zone, to Commercial 2 Zone. On reconsideration of the Board's recommendation relative to to the proposed zone change, the Planning Board reviewed the proposal, the intended uses and the effect 6f such Changes. After reconsideration, the Planning Board voted (4-1) to re- commend approval of Commercial 2 monist; for the State Street parcel and an additional sixty (60) feet Along Birch Street, with the remeining sixty five (65) fent-Including the house to be zoned to the Residential 5 cone., This is indicated on the map attached.
