ORDER®e MT the building or structure, to sitz a barn, located at 186 War Street, Bangor, Maine, o a lot conveyed to Roland W. Kelly and described in Volume 1603, Page 20 In the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, is hereby adjudged to be a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title 17, HAINR REVISED BTATOTBS of 1964, Sections 2851 through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as follows: (1) Said building or structure shall be demolished by .the owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this Order, said demolition to be in conformity with the laws and Ordinances of the .City of Bangor. (2) in the event said building or $rewrote IS not demolished within thirty (30) days as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall cause said building or structure to be demolished as soon as possible, all expenses incurred thereof to be paid by the owner(s) o assessedagainst the property In accordance with 17 MBBA Section 2853. (3) Theowner(a) of said building or structure shall remove all personal property located therein, and W the event that the owner(s) fail to comply with this order, the City Code Enforcement officer shall remove and dispose of said personal property.
