B LYBD, THAT, the City of Bangor require by Eminent Domain parauant W its duly adopted Co®unity pevelopment Program, property owned by ZStaner Realty, Inc. and designated as Parcel ll -15, located at 6 Hazel Street, Bangor, Wine and described as follows: A certain lot or pareel of land with all the buildings thereon, situated in said Senior, bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the westerly aide of Hazel Street at a point thirty-two and ten -twelfths (32 10/12) feet north of a stake at the corner of Hazel aM Raccoock Street; thence running north along the line of Hazel Street thirty-two and ten -twelfths (32 1p/12) feet to a stake; Indoor westerly at right angles with Havel Street twenty-nine (29) feet to a stake; thence south thirty-five (35) feet, sine (9) inches, thence east twenty- nine (29) feet to point begun at. Being the same premises conveyed to Edward P. Murray by Redmoada Butere in year 1920 and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, (Reference is made to Vol. 931, Page 321 of said Registry.) Waning and intendiryi hereby to describe the same presides as were Conveyed to Bennie S. Mosher and Avis .N. Zitener by deed of Harry Oopin,, at ale, said deed being dated May 5, 1964 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Volume 20691 Page 350. Be it further Resolved by the City Council of the City of Bangor that, in accordance with independent appraisal of value of the above "scribed property, the amount of damages determined to be Just compensation for the acquisition of the fee simple Interest in the above described Property is $2,500.00. STATEMENT 0 FACT: 30 M:R.S.A. Section 4854 authorizes municipalities to acquire by Incident domain, property in designated slum or blighted areas. In order to exercise this power, the City Council rant; first adopt a "Resolution of Consideration" to be served upon the property owner(s). After service is completed, the Resolution Is esuberitted to the City Council for its approval or disapproval.
