All work has been completed, consisting of the following: The new roadway was constructed to a width of 24 feet, consisting of a 116 inch bituminous surface on a 6 inch gravel base and a 12 inch gravel subbase. A sidewalk has been provided along the easterly side. A storm sewer system, consisting of 2 catch basins and a 10 inch asbestos cement connection to the existing storm sewer an Fourteenth Street was also provided. Sanitary sewer service consisted of the installation of 395 feet of.8 inch asbestos cement pipe and 2 manholes, connecting to the existing sanitary sewer on Fourteenth Street. Four inch lateral sewers were installed from the City sewer to each of the lots to be developed. . The total cost of the project was $20,969.58, broken down as follows: Street construction $101407.58 Storm Sewer 4,412.00 Sanitary Sewer 4,970.00 Sanitary Laterals 19180.00 Total $M-1 76T -3s In accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Ordinance, the City would pay $6.25 per foot for the roadway, or $3,260.00 for the total length of 522 feet. The City would also pay, 50% of the cost of atom and sanitary sewer installa- tions, except for the sewer laterals, which would be assessed entirely against the lots to be served.
