PERMIT FOR BURIED [ABLE/CONDUIT LOCATION._,,, BytM City Council o(tAe CNyo(Bo+gm' ORDERED, TUT permission be and is hereby granted MAINE CABLE TELEVISION, INC. to place and maintain buried 'cables, conduits,manholes, handholes, with the wires and cables therein, pedestals, poste, markers, signs and other iterates in, along, under and across the surface of .the following public streets and highways as requested in application of said Company dated the 18th day of Novenbet, 1976. Starting at a point just westerly of Pole M2 situated n the southerly side of Ha®0sm[ Street; thence running along the easterly side of the Colin "" from Hammond Street in a southerly direction a distance of approximately 1900.feet. Substantially as about on plan marked MAINE UFLE TELEVISION, INC. dated November 18, 1976. Also that permission be and is hereby granted MAINE CABLE TELEVISION, INC. to place and maintain underground laterals, manholes;ourboles cables conduits, and wires in, along, under and across the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes. The foregoing permission is subject to the following conditions: 1. The laterals, conceits, manholes, bandMles, pedestals, posts, markers and signs shall be of such material ani construction and all work done in such as to be satisfactory to such municipal officers as may be appointed to the supervision of the work, and a plan showing the location of burled cable .laid and/or coMQits constructed shall be filed with the City when the work is completed. 2. Said Company shall indemnify aed sae the City harmless against all damages, costs and expense whatsoever to which the City may be subjected in consequence of the acts or neglect of said Company, its agents or servants, or in any manner arising Exon the rights and privileges granted it by the City. 3. Twitchell Wl:sfn San. APPLICATION FOR BURIED CABLE/CONDUIT LOCATION Bangor, Maine November 18, 1916 TO TUE MUNICIPAL OFFICERS OF. TUE CITY OF BANGOR: MAINE CABLE TELEVISION, INC., a Maine corporation, duly authorized pursuant to Title 30, Sec. 2151 of the Maine Revised Statutes Annotated, as amended, and a Franchise Agreement with the City of Bangor to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot. State of Maine, and In connection therewith to receive and distribute television signals and energy frequency modulated signals does hereby apply .for a permit to allow it to locate, construct, and maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described upon along and across certain.public ways situated in the said City of Bangor in a ordancewith the terms and conditions of Title 35, sec. 2482, at seq., M.R.S.A., as amended, and in particular to place and maintain buried cables, conduits,manholes, handholes, with the wires and cables therein„ pedestals, poets, markers, signs and other fixtures in, along, under and across the surface of the following public streets and highways: Starting at a. point just westerly of Pole d2 situated n the southerly aide of Hammond Street' thence running along the easterly side of the Odlin Roadfrom Hammond Street in a southerly direction a distance of approximately 1900 feet. Said cables/conduits shall be placed substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked Maine Cable Television, Inc. dated November 18, 1916 and shall be placed at a minimum depth of 12 inches. Also for permission to place and maintain underground laterals, conduits, manholes handholes cables and wiresr along, under and across the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes.
