ORDERED,
TUT , Toho G. Field, Deputy Finance Director is hereby authorized
and directed to ex cute a municipal quitclaim deed, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk and made a part hereof, releasing any interest
the City may Have to certain property located on Hancock Street by virtue of the.
following tax lien: Penobscot Registry of Deeds Volume 2391, Page 275. Said
deed shell be directed to Eleanor M. Curren, sucaessomr in title to the owner of
the property at the time of the subject tax assessment.
STA�T OF FACT: The purpose of this Order is
to authorize the ex nution of s munitripal quitclaim
deed so that the above tax lien may be discharged
n the record in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Me above tax has been paid.

THAT the CITY OF BANCER, a body corporate, located at Bangor in the
County of Penobscot and State of Maine, in consideration of one dollar and
other valuable considerations paid by Eleanor Curren
of Bangor, Maine , the receipt whereof
it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby rem4
8e , release, bargain, sell and
convey, and forever quit -claim .unto the saidmasseur Curran
her heirs add assigns forever, all its right, title and interest
in and to the following described real estate situated at Bangor in the
County of Penobscot, State of Maine and more particularly described as
follows:
The following described lot or parcel of land with the building thereon
situate in Bangor aforesaid aad bounded and described as follows: On the
northerly side of Hancock street, being lot numbered One on William Coombs
Plan and a part of original Lot 13, said Plan being recorded is Penobscot
Registry of Deeds, Plan Bock No. 3, Page 63: conveyed �j Ann Shannon by
heirs of Mary Sheen by deed dated Angust 1882 and recorded in Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume No. 531, page 391. The Partial P. ERennon
title he above wee derived as one of the three heirs of Ann Ehammn, also
by deed from John Snubbed urwther heir of'Au. Shannon, recorded In 19081
also by deed from Edward P. Murray, who derived his title from Lillian
Caldwell another not, of Ann Sherunn. Ali of the above deeds are recorded
In 1908.
Being the same premises on which the Grantor herein recorded the f0l.10"dg
the lien: Penobscot Registry of Deeds Volume 2371, Page 275."
Grantee address: 423 Hammond Street, Bangor, Maine 04401'.
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor may
have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for the tax year
1972.
TO RAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Mentor Curran, her heirs
and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument
to be sealed with its Corporate seal and signed in its Corporate here by
John G. Field, its Deputy Finance Director thereunto duly authorized
