Said deed shall be directed to Richard B. Bronson, Jr. STAT@R:NT OF FACT: The tax lien in question was paid after the lien was recorded. The deed given in 1972 to the taxpayer releasing the City's Interest by virtue of the lien did not get recorded. BRONSON, JR., successor In title to Vinette W. MacLeod _ of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever quit -claim unto the said RICHARD B. BRONSON, JR., his heirs and assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate situated at Bangor in the County of Penobscot, State of Maine and more particularly described a follows; Real estate located so the East Side of Ohio Street 10'@aid Bangor and further described in - .Volume 1866,. Page 96, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1969 by -S virtue of a Car lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds 1n Volume 2184, Page 681. Grantee's address, 31 Ohio Street, Bangor, Maine, 04401. The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor may have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid tares for the tax year 1969. TO SAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the privileges and appurtenances Nereinto belonging to the said RICHARD B. BRONSON, JR., his heirs and assigns forever, subject to mortgages of record between the Grantee and Brewer Savings Bank and Northeast BaA A Trust Company.
