To the Municipal Officers
Reference is made to City Council Resolve No. 383 AC passed
October 15, 1975 which authorized the installation of a sewer
extension on Naeon Avenue.
The sewer installation has been completed, consisting of
720 feet of 8" sanitary sewer pipe and two manholes, extending
in a southwesterly direction from the terminus of the existing
sewer. The actual cost of the sewer installation was $7,732.58,
of which the City would pay 50%, or $3,866.29. The remaining

As mentioned in the original Council Resolve, it was recom-
mended that the assessments against persons who were opposed to
the sewer be deferred until such time as sewer entry is requested,
if they so desire, with the understanding that the assessment
would be increased by 50%. This would apply to the property
owned by Mr. and Mrs. John R. Mincher at 75 Mason Avenue, which
is presently connected into a private sewer. If they desire
deferment, then their assessment would be increased to $289.56.
It is recommended that the assessments be levied or deferred
as noted above. APlan showing the sewer installation is on file
in the office of the City Engineer.
Respectfully submitted,
Jwl
City Engineer
