APPLICATION FOR UTILITY LO TION PERMIT
TO: MONICIPAL OFFICERS CITY OF 84NDOR
BANGOR HYDRO-EIECTRIC COMPANY, a Maine corporation being. duly authorized Pursuant to
the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply electricity in City of
Bangor , County of Penobscot , State aforesaid, hereby applies for
a permit to authorize it to locate, construct and maintain certain of Its facilities
hereinafter described upon, along, over
and across certain public ways situate in the
municipality hereinbefore referred to ax

in accordance with the terms and conditions of Title 35, Section 2482, MRSA as amended.
LOCATION: Beginning at a utility pole numbered I now located on the southwesterly
side of Packard Drive; thence preceeding easterly, ape (1) pole to be
located on the southeasterly side of said Packard Drive over a distance

DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will consist of a line composed of wood poles and supporta therefor,
mires and/or cables together With associated appurtenances. The =Into=
clearancee of the wires and/or cables, other than Buy wires, will be at least eighteen
feet over the public way. The poles mill be set within the limits of the Public may, but
outside the part thereof customarily used for travel by vehicles. The initial operation
of the facilities will be at ]200/124]0 volts, phase; the voltage will.
be increased as occasion therefor requires for operation not in excess of 20KV to ground.

UTILITY LOCATION PERMIT
Upon the application of BANGOR HYDRO -ELECTRIC COMPANY dated March 2919 77
requesting permiseiov to locate certain of its facilities hereinafter described upov, along,
over and across certain Public ways in City of Bangor County of Penobscot ,
State of Maine, all as set forth inits application, co newspaper publication having been
made by applicant in
connection with said application. Permission is hereby given to said
Bangor Hydro-ElectricCosqany to locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities
hereinafter described upon along, over and across
certain public ways situate in said
mnicipality as hereinafter set forth. Thin permit is granted subject to the provisions
that any person, fim or corporation awning property within the subject municipality which
abuts the applicable way may file objections with the Municipal Officers - City of Bangor
Maine, within ninety (90) days after the installation of the facilities described in said
application, said written objection to state the cause of objection and to be served upon
said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company in hand or by registered or certified mail
LOCATION: Beginning at a utility pole numbered J new located on the southwesterly
aide of Packard Drive; thence proceeding easterly, one (1) pole to be
located on the southeasterly aide of said Packard Drive over a distance
of approximately 200 feet.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities shall consist of a line composed of wood poles and supports therefor,
wire and/or cables together with associated appurtenances. The minimum
clew of the wires and/or cables, other than guy wire shall be at least eighteen (18)
feet over the public way. Me poles shall be set within the limits of the public way, but
outside the part thereof customarily used for travel by vehicles. The initial operation
of the facilities will be at ]200/12/ ]0 volts three phase. The voltage may be
increased as occasion therefor requires for operation not in egcegs of 20Rv to ground.
