ORDERED, THAT IGIERREAS, the City Council, by Council Order No. 198 AC passed May 28, 1995, has authorized the expenditure of $65,000.00 for the contraction of a roadway to serve the proposed Brookside Garden Development near the intersection of Grandview Avenue and Essex Street, and ' WEEREAS, the City Council by Council Order No. 292 AN passed July 26, 1996 has authorized the expenditure of $210,000.00 for the construction of the proposed Glenwood Subdivision on Kenduskeag Avenue, and WHEREAS, the City Council has previously agreed to participate in the completion of Phase I of the Judson Heights Subdivision, but has not allocated funding for said completion, presently esti- mated at $170,000.00, NOW THEREFORE, be it ORDERED, that in order to make full use of presently available funds, adjustments shall be made to certain existing capital accounts to provide priority funding for immediately pending developments, as follows: 1. The sum of $25,000.00 to be transferred from Account No. 52-60-20 (5030), Barkersville Sewer, to the Reserve for Future Construction - Sewers. 2. The total unencumbered balance of $651000.00 be trans- ferred from Account He. 52-60-20 (5031), Brookside Drive Constric- tion, to the Reserve for Future Construction - General. 3• The amount of $2109000.00 in Account No. 52-60-20 (5045), Kenduskeag Associates Subdivision, be transferred to the Reserve for Future Construction - General. A new account in the amount of $150,000.00 be established for Glenwood Subdivision (formerly Aenduskeag Associates), with $35,000.00 to be transferred from the Reserve for Future Construction - Sewer, and $115,000.00 to be transferred from the Reserve for Future Construction - General. STATTTIEW OF FACT' Since the start of the Brookside Drive project is not contem- plated for some time, and further major work on the Barkeraville Sewer may be deferred, it is felt that the fluids described above can be better used for other projects. 155 AE IN clw col TL �✓ Mazch 28, 1977.
