By the Coy Conant olthe V;WiW olBawpw: -ORDRIMb TEEAT the building o structure, to wit: a 4 -car garage, located at 125 warren Street, Bangor, Maine, on a lot described in Vo1wre 2668, page 81, Penobscot Registry of Deeds and owned by Peter S. T. and Judy C. Taber, is hereby adjudged to be a nuisance and dangerous, as provided in Title ll, MAIM REVISEDSTAITTES of 1964, Sections 2851. through 2853, as amended, and shall be disposed of as follows; (1) Said building or structure shall be demolished by the owner(s) within thirty (30) days of the date of passage of this order, said demotition to be in conformity with the Laws and Ordinances of the City. of Bangor. (2) In the event said building or structure is not demolished within thirty (30) days as provided above, the City Code Enforcement Officer shall cause said building or structure to be demolished as soon s possible, all expenses incurred thereof 'Co be paid by the o er (s) o sed against she property, In accordance with 17 MMR Section 2853.
