The Planning Board gave careful consideration to the request and to the proposed use. The Hard considered the comments of those opposed to such a change and the effects of a change to the Commercial 3 sane. After consideration of the effects on the area, the relationship of the proposal to the Comprehensive Plan, the. Planning Board voted unanimously to approve a change of coning from Residential 5 to Commercial 1 at the subject location. odn 0. Mooney, recorded.in Penobscot County Registry of Deeds as follows: 1967 taxes recorded in Vol. 2129, Page 742. The said Anna C. Mooney deceased intestate February 3, 1968 leaving as her only heirs-at-law James Rooney, Elizabeth R. Pooler, James J. Mooney, Margaret M. Yargates, David J. Mooney, Frances M. Coffin, and Anna R.
