Michael's Orphanage, requesting a study to determine the
cost of extending sewer service to the Orphanage, the City
Engineer is hereby directed to undertake the necessary
surveys to prepare Plans and Cost Estimates together with
a list of possible assessments and to report his findings
to theCity Council for further action.
