Districts and Be it ordeincd by Me City Cour til oftht friW of Bedpan, as follows: — THAT Chapter q, Article 5 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor be repealed and replaced with the following: CHAPTER I ARTICLE 5 - VOTING DISTRICTS ANTI VOTING PRECINCTS Sec. 1 Voting Districts Established. For purposes of all municipal elections, the City of Bangor shall be divided Lata five (5) voting districts, also Rauch as wards. The,. boundaries of such districts shall be the same as established by virtue of Chapter 10, Private & Special Laws of 1977, for the election of members of the State of Maine Rowe of Representatives. Sec. 2 Voting Precincts Established. Each voting district established under this ordinance SMIL be divided into two (2) voting precincts. Sec. J Interpretation of Zone Boundary Lirce., For the purposes of this ordinance, the boundaries of all Voting Districts and Voting Precinct$ established by virtue of Sec..2 above shall be a1tiaM�anla plan entitled ^ dates file in the office of the City Clerk. Sec. 4 Voting Places. The Bangor City Council shall establish by Council Order at least one voting place in each precinct. Sec. 5 Compensation of Officials. The compensation of warder and ward clerks shall bet my-aeven dollar and of election and ballot clerks shall betwenty-five dollars for each election at which they shall respectively attend and perform faithful and satisfactory service.
