TEAT the attached report of the City Engineer relative to the
estimated cost and recommended assessments for the extension of
the Dunning Boulevard sewer for a distance of 300 feet in a west-
erly direction be and hereby is accepted, and be it further
ORDERED'( that said sewer be constructed as soon as posgble,
and be it further I -
ORDERED, that the am of $7,000.00 be transferred from the
Sewer Fund, Reserve`for Iutune Construction, to cover the cost
of said installation.

To the Municipal Officers: I duly 7, 1977
Reference is made to City Council Order No. 252 AE, directing
the City Engineer to make a cost study.for the extension of the
existing sanitary sewer on Dunning Boulevard. Surveys, Plans
and Cost Estimates have been completed, which would provide for
the following:
The proposed extension would consist of 300 feet of a inch
pipe and one manhole, which would provide sewer service to the westerly
end of Dunning Boulevard. The total estimated cost of the construc-
tion is $6,600.00. Of this amount, the City would pay 50%, and
the remaining $3,300.00 would be assessed proportionately against
the properties benefited, as follows:

Both parties were in favor of the proposed sewer installation.
It is recommended that said sewer be constructed with the
assessments to be levied upon completion of construction as soon
as the final costs are 'known. Plane showing the proposed sewer
installation are on file in the office of the Cit;jbagineer.
