VIII; Art. 5, Sec. 3(2)(k) Special Exceptions. For Historic hallmarks and all buildings within Historic Districts as designated under the provisions 0£ Ch. VII; Art. 4, Sec. 5, any permitted use in the R-2 zone. Ch. V111; Art. 6, Sec. 3(2)(b) Special Exceptions. For Historic Landmarks and all buildings within Historic Districts as designated under the provisions of Ch. VII; Art. 4, Sec. 5, any permitted use in the R-4 zone. Ch. VIII; Art. 7, Sec. 3(2)(0) Special Exceptions. For Historic landmarks and all buildings within Historic Districts s designated under the provisions of Ch.
