Be it ordaiud by the City Couneid oftke City of Meager, as foikme:
_ THAT Chapter VIII; Article 21, Section 2(t)(g) be amended by the addition
of Kenduskeag Avenue (between Interstate 95 and Broadway) as follows:
(g) Riotwithetanding the requirements of sub -section (c) above,
e home on cupation or profession may employ one person out-
side thefamily, provided that such u s located on
Broadway, Center Street, Hammond Street. State Street,
Stillwater Avenue, Union Street, Mount Hope Avenue, (between
Howard Street and the Hogan Read), Kenduskeag Avenue (between
Interstate 95 avd Broadway) in the City of Bangor.

Proposed Amendment would add Renduskeag Avenue
(between Interstate 95 and Broadway)
Council order 285AE
Please be advised that the Planning board held a Public Hearing
on July 5, 1977 on the above request.
The Planning Hoard gave careful consideration to the request, to
the effect such a change would have on the area, and to the impact of
potedtial traffic and parking problems associated with the subject
request.
After Much consideration, the Planning board in a 4 to 1 vote
denied the subject request to amend the Zoning Ordinance.
