Permission is hereby given to said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company to locate, construct and maintain certain of its facilities hereinafter described uponalong, over and stress certain public ways mituate in said municipality as hereinafter met forth. 1Mm permit is granted subject to the provisions that any person, firm or corporation awning property within the subject municipality which abuts the applicable way may file objections with the Municipal Officers - City of Bangor Maine, within ninety (90) days after the Installation of the facilities described in said application, said written objection to state the cause of objection and to be served aeon said Bangor Hydro -Electric Company in hand or by registered or certified mail.
