The bank has submitted the abstract to Mr. Miller and the mortgage is under foreclosure which will ripen in September. The bank, in the meantime, will Iain the property. However, in September it will be turned over to the M. He again commented that be was not objecting to passage of the condem- nation order. Chairman Soucy asked if the building was occupied Mr. McKay responded that the building was ort occupied as a dwelling. However, it is broken into a lot and several times the bank has had to go up and replace boards. It has been a real problem. Chairman Soucy was a little confused as to Mr. McKay's position. Mr. McKay stated that the Bangor Savings Bank does have an interest in the property be haven't neglected the property. We have of asked for a delay. it was his understanding that there may have been same minor defects in the order last year and this is why the building as a whole is being considered tonight.
