(TITLE.) Mrbin=CCr Amending Chapter VIII, Article 22, Section 3 (b)

THAT Chapter VIII, Article 22, Section 3 (b) be amended as follows:
(b) Upon receipt of the application from the Planning

days in advance in a newspaper of general circulation i

owning property within one hundred feet of said property
to receive notice of public hearing shall not necessitate
another hearing nor invalidate any action by the Planning
Board.

Amending Zoning Ordinance
Special Exception Procedures
Council Order 168 AT
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on Meroh 20, 1978, held a public hearing on the
above request.
After careful deliberation the Board voted to amend the proposed
amendment by deleting the word abutting in the fifth line end voted 5 in
fever and Lane opposed to recommend approval of the proposed Raring amend-
ment.
