MAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 120 Court Street (Tax Map
33, Parcel No. 88) from Residential 5 zone to Commercial 1 zone. -
Said parcel containing approximately 18,000 sq. ft, and more
particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Sutures require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the zoning Ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
eosmndaticn of the Planning Board to then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

scheduled meetly on Narch 20, 1998, held a public hearing on the above
request.
Since the applicant bed Cot produced evidence of sUbdivg in this
matter and called the Planning Office On the day of the meeting to say that
he did not intend to pursue it farther, the Board voted five in favor and
Cone opposed to indefinately postpone action on this rreeggquueeast.
