A name occupation or profession authorized under Article 21, Section 2 (1) (h). THAT Chapter VIII, Article 21, Section 2 (1) be mounted as follows: (h) Notwithstanding the requirements of subsections (a), (b), W. and (g) above, the use of land and/or buildings for purposes of a. home Occupation or profession shall be authorized as a special exception in Ne Agricultural Zoon; provided that such use shall conform with the following: 1. The home occupation or profession shall be conducted only in the applicant's primary residence or a separate structure located On the promises of such residents. 2. The hone occupation or profession use onforms 1n all respects with therequirements of subsections (d), (e), and (f) of this Section. 3. (attached to minutes) The Planning Board did not address the question of amending the language of the original request at its December lath. meeting.
