All work has been completed, as follows: The work consisted of the relocation of 760 feet of 8 inch force main around the northeasterly end of the new shopping center building. The total completed cost was $10,297.83, of which the City agreed to pay 50%, with the remaining amount to be paid by Kravco, Inc., the Developer of the shopping center. The original estimate for the sewer relocation was $11,000.00, and as requested by the City Council, Kravco's share of $5,500.00 was paid in ad- vance. Since theactual cost of the sewer installation was less than the estimate, Kravco's share of the actual cost would be $51148.91, which would result in a refund of $351.09• A Plan showing the sewer relocation is on file in the office of the City Engineer.
