To the Municipal Officers:
Reference is made to City Council Order No. 304 AN passed
July 11, 1977, authorizing the extension of the sanitary sewer
on Banning Boulevard for a distance of 300 feet. The extension
has been completed, consisting of the installation of 300 feet
of 8 inch pipe and 1 manhole.
The actual cost of the sewer installation was $5,428.00,
which compares favorably with the original estimate of $6,600.00.
The City share is 50%, or $2,714.00, and the remaining amount
would be assessed against the properties benefited, as follows:
